I've been drawing since I was able to talk. The quality of the drawings slightly improved over the years and about 4 years ago I decided to have a go at actually earning a living with it.

After pushing myself to produce one cartoon a day and posting it on Facebook for half a year I had built up enough confidence I could actually deal with the short time available for creation of editorial cartoons and started to approach publishers.

Nieuwsblad Geldermalsen, the local newspaper from my home town, was the first to publish a drawing, and after half a year I was producing cartoons for 6 different titles.
I also publish on other platforms like Joop.nl, CartoonMovement.com, JanMarijnissen.nl and Greenpeace.com.
